These terms apply to services offered by API Automations Olutions (“we”, “us”) via apiautomationsolutions.digital and related proposals. By requesting work or using this site you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide advisory, audit, instrumentation design, and scorecard services related to application analytics for API automation performance. Descriptions on this site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Informational pricing does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by click.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to systems, documentation, and stakeholders reasonably required for the engagement, and to ensure you have authority to grant that access.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing materials remain with their owners. Deliverables created for you under an accepted proposal are licensed for your internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our methods, templates, and generic frameworks remain ours.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
